Seek truth
The most important thing we can do is seek our own inner truth. To do this we must align our energies within… connecting to our roots, creating from our inner being, standing with self confidence, loving ourselves unconditionally, speaking our truth, and listening to our higher selves. These along with a balance of our masculine and feminine energies, and compassion for all, are the keys to knowing ourselves deeper.
